The price & licensing of kbmanager is based on the number of staff. Please note that there is no limit on the number of people who can view or browse your knowledge base. The only limitations are the amount of staff that manage the system.
Free Installation
Installation applies to one install per domain on newly purchased licenses by our pro-active staff.
Software Licensing
Licensing applies to one domain name per server / web host account.

Support and Upgrades
You can continue to receive priority email support and upgrades by extending the support and upgrade contract. You can enjoy another 6 months of priority support and upgrade for a nominal fee of $39.99 for Standard, $49.99 for Professional and $59.99 for Corporate edition. Delivery Policy
When a customer registers and places an order for a product through the Internet, the product will be available for download via the user account panel.
All orders are manually processed upon receipt. Please allow for time zone differences as webbwork is based in the United Kingdom.
An email will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer through the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account to which the email confirmation will be sent. We are not responsible for non-delivery of the email due to incorrect email addresses, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts.
